Left Knott End 5 years ago for the wilds of Northumberland, and I’ve been longing for a chippy tea from the Fisheries ever since. Pudding chips peas and gravy were just as I remembered absolutely superb. Fish and peas for my other half were stunning too. The young lady and gentleman who served were really friendly, and large portions served with a smile. Must not leave it as long next time

Always good chips here but today was amazing!! Not sure what you did differently but they were quite possibly the best chip shop chips I've ever had. Best chippy in Knott End and Preesall area without a doubt. Owners are always lovely.
